When you hire Anthony to manage air operations for your air show, you are securing a Navy veteran who is detail-oriented, organized and able to meet the demands of your show's fast-paced environment. Anthony places the utmost importance on preparation and will use all means necessary (voice calls, email, text messages, etc.) to communicate PROMPTLY with your show's point of contact to help avoid last-minute fires while providing the SAFEST and most entertaining event possible.
The following services are offered:
- Collaborate with Event Organizer / Responsible Person and liaison with airport management, Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) / Air Traffic Control (ATC) personnel and concerned local agencies
- Complete and submit FAA Form 7711-2 (Application for Certificate of Waiver or Authorization) and Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFR) paperwork required for event
- Assist with Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Incident Action Plan (IAP) documentation
- Obtain additional radio frequencies as needed
- Review participating aircrew/performer profiles and prepare event timeline with the principal concern of safety as well as the best entertainment presentation sequence
- Write and process required Notice to Air Missions (NOTAMs) concerning the event
- Coordinate emergency procedures with crash/fire/rescue (CFR) personnel
- Develop and conduct the required Participants Safety Briefing
- Provide the safe and efficient control of flying activities in accordance with the briefed timeline, applicable Certificate of Waiver and Federal Aviation Regulations
- Debrief event's flying activities as required
